The Social Care Commitment
The Social Care Commitment is a voluntary agreement about workforce quality. It works to ensure public confidence in care and support services so that the people who need them are supported by skilled workers who treat them with respect and dignity.
Committing organisations pledge that they will give their workers all the support and development opportunities they need so they can put social care values into practice in their day to day work. You can read more about the commitment that we’ve made here: The Social Care Commitment.
ISO 9001:2008 Certificate for Quality Management
ISO stands for International Organisation for Standardisation. It’s the largest developer of voluntary international standards in the world and has been in operation for almost 70 years. The standards set by the organisation have been developed by experts worldwide and ensure that services and products are safe, reliable and of good quality.
The ISO has numerous standards dealing with various aspects of business. To earn certification under one of these standards, it is necessary to undergo an external audit by an independent assessor. ISO 9001:2008 is the certificate awarded for quality management. It was developed to enhance customer satisfaction, and is a standard we are proud to say is met by Tapestry.Tweet this Share this
