Satisfaction Survey


The results of our 2017 User Satisfaction Survey are in; and we’re thrilled to announce that 98% of all respondents rated our overall service as either ‘exceptional’ or ‘good’. 
The survey was carried out in April 2017. Over 200 users took part in the survey, and were representative of all our services, clubs and activities.

When asked:

98% of all respondents rated our overall service as either ‘exceptional’ or ‘good’.

~ 95%
of those polled feel that our services positively improve their life.

~
 92% went on to say our services help them to maintain both their physical and mental wellbeing.

These surveys are very important to us as our services exist to provide care and support to people in our local community and the surveys help us understand what you, our users, need and expect from us.
