Getting Support

Upon being diagnosed with Dementia, there’s a lot of things that need considering. Our team can provide you with advice, reassurance and help getting the support you need; whether that’s help with filling in forms, making adaptions to the home or just talking things through with someone. Our Financial Advisor can additionally help you get a Lasting Power of Attorney, or help you find ways to fund your care through retirement planning and equity releases.

Care at Home

Our care staff are fully trained to support people with Dementia and Alzheimer’s, whether early onset or advanced, and will provide a level of support that is personalised to their choice and needs. Our friendly, knowledgeable carers can provide companionship support and take you out to local attractions and activities; giving you the opportunity to get out of the house for a few hours. Have a question? Our team can offer reassurance and support in person or over the phone whenever you need it.

Using our Centres

Anyone with Dementia or Alzheimer’s is welcome to attend our centres, and are guaranteed a warm reception. Throughout the week, we run a range of activities and projects especially for people who have had a diagnosis of Dementia, such as Cognitive Stimulation Therapies, sensory activities and reminiscence. Our centre staff receive high quality training and are able to respond to the needs of each individual that attends the centre, giving you time for a little respite.
