Interested in trying something new? Seeking a fun way to spend your day? Our Health & Wellbeing services and Centres are a hive of activity, filled with people looking to remain healthy in both body and mind. Want to remain as independent as you possibly can? You may be interested in attending one of our Wellbeing Centres, which host a wide range of activities throughout the week, including Arts & crafts; puzzles; games; large screen films; short mat bowls and Pool Tables. Throughout the year we also hold special themed events which include live entertainment & music.


Ways we can help:

  • Providing Fresh Food (Centres & Clubs Only): Whether this is a hearty, nutritional meal at a Wellbeing Centre, or a quick meal at one of our clubs, we’ve got your lunch covered: You’re welcome to join us for a light, healthy breakfast if you wish; a hearty main meal that’s guaranteed to leave you feeling satisfied all afternoon, or a range of light options. Our kitchen staff can cater for all types of dietary requirements.
  • Minibus Transport (Centres & Clubs Only): Need help getting to one of our clubs or centres? Our friendly Minibus Drivers and Passenger Assistants can help out. They can pick you up from your own home and drop you back off when the club has finished. We can even help you get back into your lounge if need be.
  • Community Clubs: Want to come along to a group closer to home? Why not try one of our many community based clubs. These can be found across the area at easy to access places like local halls & churches, and are a good way to meet friends. Need a lift to and from any of our clubs?   • Sports & Fitness: Looking for ways to keep active and healthy? Our sport clubs will help keep you on your toes. From Walking Football to Snooker, Table Tennis or Zumba Gold, all of our clubs are perfect for beginners and sporting veterans alike.   • Trips & Outings: Want to travel further afield and explore places of interest? Our Minibus & Coach trips may be to your liking. Our coach-trippers go out regularly to many different, varied locations such as town shows, seaside resorts and castles, and welcome you to their next adventure.
